The great strides of personal liberation.

Running affects so many people of so many different backgrounds.  Competitive, leisure, weekend road warriors, and health conscious runners all take part in the challenge of their inner self.   I’ve recently began running again and enjoy it for what it is... the conditioning of myself to a dedicated lifestyle.  Everything from the miles per week, the control over my eating habits, the various levels of pace per run, and the determination to fill in my daily goals encourage me to attain a prize of victory over my toughest rival... my self.
